Another group of new students have started Ouran. Once again the only scholarship student was looking for a quiet place to study. This time it was a male, and he didn't stumble upon the third music room. He stumbled into the fourth music room. This room was the home to the Hostess Club of Ouran, the Host Club's newest rival.

The Hostess Club was a new club that started up last year. It was started by those girls that thought the Host Club needed someone to teach them their place in life. There newest member is none other than the boy that stumbled into their room and broke a priceless vase. The two Clubs battle it out all throughout the year creating an even more humorous life for the students of Ouran.
