[/s] music producer, she also had a cool (in her eyes) older brother. They all lived happily for several years until… her parents’ relationship fell apart when Jin was at the tender age of seven. Then after a year had past, her father snapped at her mother one day and blurted out the dark secret they’ve been hiding from Jin and her brother. Their mother had and still was seeing a man and… well… that was all he said, but Jin inferred that there was just more to the whole seeing affair her mother had… A few weeks after that little bomb drop, both parents announced they finalized their divorce papers and that their mother was pregnant with their half sibling. Oh dear… naturally Jin decided to side with her father and stayed with him in Ireland (her father-complex) while her mother moved back to Japan with her new husband… her new so called “step”-dad.

Reason for dressing so boyishly:

Since Jin lived with her brother and single father, she was overpowered by the masculinity in the household (it was mostly her brother’s fault, her father wanted her to be a girl inside and out). Her brother was a couple years older than her and was very into sports and other manly things, and Jin being Jin joined in, but… there was one slight problem. None of her brother’s friends wanted to play with a girl, so Jin decided to take drastic measure. By disguising and acting like a guy, Jin became a tom-boy… she even flirted with a few girls in her prime days. Perhaps that is why her father agreed with her mother’s proposition to send her to the Stella Fiore Academy in Milan, Italy and moved there with her…
