Jade isn't used to structure in her life, since her parents never payed much attention to her. They were always too busy so her only companions were the maids and butler she's had.
Never having anyone her age to talk to or anything, her old maids and butlers were too busy taking care of her parents plus her sister. She was basically Cinderella.
She's not too friendly and isn't too good with people she doesn't know but once she gets to know someone she normally becomes nicer.
Don't let the anger scare you, she just doesn't know how to express herself. But that's nothing a little positive re enforcement can't cure right?
