The library, the one place that Jake would probably not think of when he needed to find Mercy. That was where she was headed, Mercy needed to escape from that butler of hers, he drove her insane. So she grabbed her boots, and rushed out of the room, hoping that Jake wouldn't notice her leaving. She didn't want him to follow her, she was trying to hide from him. Not that Mercedes was very good at hiding from him, he always seemed to find her, like he had some kind of Mercy radar, another thing about him that drove her insane.
It wasn't that Jake was a bad guy or anything, he just creeped her out sometimes, and got on her nerves extremely easily. Though lots of people seemed to be able to get on her nerves easily. Mercy wasn't exactly the most patient or pleasant person, but Jake seemed so nonchalant around her, and that pissed her off. The guy was crazy, he was almost as stubborn as she was, and he hated her favorite color, red. That only made her wear more red in the long run, besides the fact that it was her favorite color. He liked rules, she liked to break them most of the time.
Reaching the library and a quiet lone table in a corner she sat down sighing softly. It was nice and quiet, Jake liked music, and sometimes it bugged her. Sure Mercy liked music and all, but her music was different than his music. Laying her head down on the table she sighed again, it was quiet, quiet enough that she shut her eyes, when she tried to open them they didn't cooperate with her. Mercy hadn't even realized she was tired by the time that she had fallen asleep. She was sitting in the usual place, the garden of her home in Wales. Her dad appeared and Mercy stood abruptly, he was dead, she didn't like it when she dreamed of her dead father. Her dream self stood and started that slow run to her father, though of course at every step she took he seemed to get farther and farther away until she was running into nothingness. The nothingness surrounded her and Mercy fell down to her knees, angrily whiping at the tears on her face. Mercy hoped she wasn't crying outside of the dream, if Jake found her she would have some explaining to do, if she felt like it. Though to anyone in the library that might happen upon Mercy she just looked like she was sleeping, not having a bad dream, nor crying in her sleep. Mercy looked peaceful, oddly enough for the dream she was having.
