POSITIVE TRAITS
Although Sebastian never shows his shocked face, he is nonetheless quite form and proper in his doings. Whether it's merely a facade or real, everyone seem to see him as some sort of gentlemen. Aside from his appearance, Sebastian displays a typical understanding of the basic of manners. Sometimes people call him a "butler whose not a butler", as he never uses rude languages at anybody other then the people working under him. Although he do say very honest things about people.
&Charismatic
As the manager of a cafe the qualities of being able to be one is tested to the extreme. Therefore anyone competent enough must be able to handle his or her workers and job with charisma and dignity. Sebastian have all of these. As the top dog he decides what to do and what not to do. He fires the workers, hires new workers, promote workers (which is very rare actually0, or just simply boss them around. Yet even the people not in his cafe can see some sort of leader like qualities about this man. Whether it's the way he carries himself or the way he's so proper with almost everyone; Sebastian's sure to become one great leader.
&Patient
Patience does come with its reward; even if it might take a while. But Sebastian still have the habit of waiting without complaint. This is why he had never fired any workers; no matter how useless they are. He never complains about people's lack of quickness and tends to forget about it afterwards.
&Fearless
If you put a big muscular man with a lion's face in front of Sebastian what would he do? He would simply stare at him. The male citizen isn't the easiest to be intimidated. In fact he had never been scared ever in his life. Except when his beloved cafe's closing. To Sebastian, being a male means being fearless, and that is why he had polished himself to be as such. That way no one could belittle him, seeing his one with no fear in himself.
&Goal Driven
Sebastian always have some sort of over the top goal he wants to achieve. It does not matter who and what gets in the way; this boss will accomplish it with style. He never give up, unless it comes with some serious consequences. But even so, Sebastian can fine other ways out of this. Of course, not all of his goals are achievable.
&Resourceful
Sebastian is a capable person when it comes to dealing with tough situations. No matter how hard, just give him time and trust, this man can make it all work. He's got the brain and maybe the brawn just to do almost anything right. Truly, he's pretty gifted when it comes to this and is very happy to show it to anyone. As a boss he's also expected to show this part.
&Playful
Hard to believe it, but under all everything is a rather playful side. He only shows it when he's bored, or is trying to get to the point of something. Usually Sebastian shows it around children, as they are not old enough to be useful to anyone yet. Even so there are times when the man shows it to adults. Yet his playfulness may turn a little bit sadistic when it comes to his employees or if he feels angry.

NEGATIVE TRAITS
God created all men to be equal. However Sebastian thinks otherwise. He in his noble flesh is a superior figure, one closest to that of perfection. Why, he can ask anyone to prove this. It is to a degree that he would easily cast off others and assume he's the better creature to live on. Because of this arrogance of his Sebastian cannot come to love or look up to anybody. At the same time he felt love were an unnecessary subject and heavily steers away from it.
&Bossy
As a cafe manager it is essential to know the perks of being one. Thus Sebastian had taken upon himself to rule his slavesworkers with an iron fist which includes bossing them around. Whether it is to serve customers, answer the telephone or polish his shoes this man will never let any human have one bit of free time when he's in the house.
&Inconsiderate
Oh no, he's not inconsiderate of everything. More like, the ones around him. He never is the lovey dovey, soft hearted kind of man. If you cry? Sucks for you. If you are angry? Go away. If you are happy? Good for you. Just, don't try to get Sebastian involved. He does not care what you are feeling right now, and wouldn't bother asking.
&Brutally Honest
Lying is a waste of time and plus; who doesn't want the truth? Sebastian would be the sort who's quick to tell you what's on his mind; no problem. He wouldn't lie, ever, even on his death bed. He strongly believes that you wouldn't get in as much trouble when you say it honestly, however brutal it may seem.
&Eccentric
Sebastian doesn't do things like normal people; at least the way he executes them. For one he talks very polite to strangers and vulgar when it comes to ones he knew for a long time. However the latter may shift when he feel like it. It's more of a common trait running in his family, however none as so interchangeable as his. His eccentricity also adds to the fact Sebastian looks down on bathing and switching his attire. He believe leaving "scents" on things would show whose the proper owner of thing.
&Sadistic
He's the sort who takes great pleasure in seeing others hurt; more so when he's the one whom hurt them. Often he acts rather whimsically when it comes to who he hurts. Usually it's the ones who do know his bad side. Think "workers". Whether it's physical or psychological, one may think it's Sebastian's way of "thanking" someone.
&Perfectionist
Everybody wants to be perfect, and Sebastian himself was no exception. Like everyone else, Sebastian would never let even a small mistake go unscathed. He would spend hours upon hours to just make something "good to the eye". Often he forgets what he were really doing and so nobody really likes it when he's in his "perfectionism" mode.
