[/b]: Natsu was born on October 12th, in Tokyo. As a baby, Natsu constantly had to watch his mother be beaten. She would take care of him, whispering words of contentment to him. Yet, this would never heal his agony, that he saw. The small baby, would often look to the outside. Reaching chubby little fingers out to the doves that flew by his window. Giggling and gruggling, watching one fly into his window and land on the side of his crib. It's white wings entranced him, and he loved it to death. It would always come back, and let him know there was pureness in the world.

When he turned 3 years old, Natsu's father left them. Natsu was too young to understand, as his mother explained. He just put on a toothy smile, and assured himself he would come back. His mother let him believe this false accusation. Hoping that it wouldn't break her son into pieces. Yet, Natsu was teased about not having a parent in preschool. Running to his mother with tears streaming down his face, his hands clutching the hat she made for him. He would cry, and whine. Yet, she couldn't do anything to make him smile. He would drag his feet around, and sigh all the time. She decided it was time they left, so he wouldn't be so glum.

When he turned 5, they moved to Italy. They would walk around most of the time, and she would take him to her job. Natsu would watch the town [/ul]
